Clear Up

While it may not seem like a noteworthy topic… I finished a full marathon race in just 3h 40m, which means I could be back to the same result I had five years ago. In the last few years, injuries have prevented me from running as fast as I would have liked, and I thought I would get weakened, but I am avoiding that negative spiral for now.

Thankfully, I no longer worry about the inflammation in my hip. During the race, I did not concern myself about my running form at all, such as whether my pelvis was collapsing, and I could just concentrate on moving forward.

Once I could take a load about my injury off my mind, I could see the next summit, which I never thought of before.
