Even though the next marathon race is approaching and I have to practice, I can’t get into the right mood. Nevertheless, I managed to contain my mood swing and went outside. If I didn’t feel well, it would be okay toturn back.
I gradually warmed up after I started running. Surprisingly, I found myself enjoying running. I wondered why I was nervous. It was good to take one step forward.
You might think that I really like running or I’m very determined after all. However, I’ve never run on weekdays and I usually look for a reason to avoid running.
Having said that, I should keep in mind that it isn’t easy to understand other people’s negative feelings. It’s not just running, many people generally struggle with motivation to take one step forward, so I’ll try to be empathetic to people who are in the same position or even feel more anxious than me.
